Attention of exporters, Custom Brokers, all members of trade and all stake holders is invited to the processing and disbursal of Drawback on goods exported. 2. In order to get drawback sanctioned, it is mandatory that the exporters filing claim for drawback have their bank account validated by Public Financial Management system (PFMS). If bank accounts of the exporters are closed and/or not validated by PINTS. Then the Drawback, when sanctioned- may not get credited to their accounts. which causes Financial hardship to the exporters and also result in increase in drawback claim pendency. 3. In view of the above. exporters are advised to update their bank accounts immediately and not to make any changes in the same during current financial year for smooth disbursal of drawback. 4. The exporters are required to submit the following documents to the Drawback section for the updation of their bank account- a) Request letter to DC (Drawback) for registration of bank account. b) Account details verified by concerned bank on exporter's letterhead. c) IEC Copy. d) PAN Copy. e) Bank Cheque Leaf 5. In case of any difficulties in implementation of the above procedure the sank may be brought to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner (DRAWBACK). Room No. 406. Krishna Block. 4 TH Floor.
