Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers and other stake holders are invited filing Shipping Bills with drawback claims through this Custom House. 2. It is noticed that a huge number of Drawback claims are pending for disbursal through this Customs Site. On enquiry, it was learned that the shipping bills filed by the exporters whose bank accounts, registered with Customs for disbursal of drawback amount, which are not verified and accepted by PFMS are not moved to scrolls. These Shipping Bills are shown as pending and the drawback is not disbursed. At the time of filing Shipping Bills, all requested to verify the Shipping Bills for the following message. Account No is Not validated by PFMS Hence this shipping bill would not be a Part of . scroll . 3. If such message appears on the Shipping Bills, you should approach Statistics Department of this Custom House and re-file the Bank Account details for payment of duty drawback. The status of the account with PFMS can be ascertained after 2-3 days of doing this. http://www.cochincustoms.gov.in. 4. Difficulties, if any, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
