Amendments in Public Notice No. 159(RE-2008)/2004-09 dt. 5.3.2009 -Amendment in the Schedule-2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 (TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART-I SECTION-I) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 176 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI , THE 15th APRIL,2009 S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.1,2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following amendments in Public Notice No. 159(RE-2008)/2004-09, Dated 05.03.09. 2. Para 3 of the Public Notice No.159(RE-2008)/2004-09, Dated 05.03.09 is substituted as following:- "3. As regards special certification requirements, entries to be made in document EUR and GSP are as follows:- Application of Regulation (EC) No. 950/2006, ACP/ India Sugar, Serial No. 09.4337)". 3. All other provisions of the Notification No. 159(RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated 05.03.09 shall remain unchanged. 4. This issues in public interest. (R.S.
