Attention of all Customs Brokers, Exporters, Importers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to Board's Circular No. 12/2018-Customs dated 29.05.2018 issued vide F. No. 450/119/2017-CusIV on the above cited subject. The said Circular brings out the procedure to be followed for sanction of pending IGST refund claims where the records have not been transmitted by GSTN to Customs EDI system.
