Appointment of new data entry agency w.e.f. 1.5.2009 TRADE TAXES DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT OF NCT OF DELHI IT BRANCH, VYAPAR BHAWAN I.P. ESTATE, NEW DELHI - 110002 No.F.1(475)/2008-09/CTT/EDP/2633-2662 Dated : 30.04.2009 CIRCULAR Department has awarded the contract of Data Entry work to M/s AIM Consultants Pvt. Ltd. for the period 01.05.2009 to 30.04.2010. As per Terms Conditions of the Tender, firm awarded with the contract shall not engaged any Data Entry Operator in the department deployed by its predecessor agency i.e. M/s Sybex India (P) Ltd. The new firm will takeover the work of data entry work w.e.f. 01.05.2009 in various wards/branches of the Department. Accordingly, all are requested to not allow the Data Entry Operators engaged earlier by M/s Sybex India (P) Ltd. Data Entry Operators being deployed by M/s AIM Consultants Pvt. Ltd. shall only be \ allowed to function in wards / branches of the Department. Operators other than deployed by AIM Consultants Pvt. Ltd. will be treated as unauthorized person and responsibility for the same shall rest with ward/branch incharge. Order for deployment of operators in various wards and branches shall follow shortly.
