No. S/3-Misc-76/2017-18/ ACC(I) Date:-22.03.2018 PUBLICE NOTICE NO. 57/2018 SUB: Implementation of paperless proceedings under SWFIT- Extension of deadline for Mandatory uploading of supporting documents for all the Bills of Entry filed in ACC w.e.f. 01.04.2018 instead of 15.03.2018-regarding. Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Custom Brokers, Airlines, Members of Trade, and Other Stake Holders is invited to the Public Notice 56/2018 dated 03.03.2018 issued by Commissioner of Customs (Import) ACC Mumbai, wherein it was informed that it shall be obligatory to upload the supporting documents through e-SANCHIT facility for all the Bills of Entry filed in Import and Export Commissionerates at ACC, Mumbai w.e.f. 15.03.2018. 2. The stakeholders in the matter had expressed their difficulties and accordingly, the Board has decided to postpone the mandatory implementation of e-SANCHIT to 01.04.2018. Board has further decided that no physical document will be accepted from 01.04.2018 and there will be no further extension. After, 01.04.2018, the system would simply disallow the filing of a bill of entry unless it is filed with the IRN Nos. evidencing that supporting documents has been first uploaded using e-SANCHIT. 3. To facilitate smooth functioning of this facility of uploading the supporting documents, the feedback, queries/difficulties, in implementation of this Public Notice, if any, shall be brought to the notice of the undersigned or may be addressed to the Asst. /Deputy Commissioner of Customs (EDI), ACC, Mumbai, by email. 4.
