No. 267/7/2018-CX.8 dated 03 rd April 2018 issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, New Delhi regarding setting up of an IT Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address the grievances of taxpayers due to technical glitches on CST Portal. 2. It is to state that Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, New Delhi has designated Commissioner (CGS T) as Nodal Officer in terms of para 5.1 of the said circular dated 03rd April 2018 to receive applications from the taxpayers as per the procedure prescribed in the Circular. 3.
