The Office of the Principal Chief Controller of Accounts, Central Board of Indirect Taxes Customs, New Delhi vide Office Memorandum Coord / 2 (1) / Guntur (25) / 2018 - 19 /64 dated 04.05.2018 communicated the approval for change of Focal Point Bank of State Bank of India from Vizag to Guntur for Customs duty collection and payment of duty drawback under EDI System in respect of Kakinada Custom House under the Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Vijayawada. The information in detail is furnished below: 3. Consequent on re-organization of Commissionerates during the year 2014, Customs Preventive Commissionerate, Vijayawada was formed with 2 custom houses i.e. Kakinada and Krishnapatnam. Expenditure account of both these Custom Houses and Revenue Account of Krishnapatnam Custom House was under PAO, Guntur, where as Revenue Account of Kakinada Custom House was mapped with Pay Accounts Officer, CGST Customs, Vizag. On request of Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Vijayawada for transfer of Revenue Account of Kakinada Custom House from Pay Accounts Officer, CGST Customs, Vizag to Guntur, the Principal Chief Controller of Accounts, CBIC, New Delhi approved for change of Focal Point Bank of State Bank of India and Pay Accounts Officer, CGST Customs from Vizag to Guntur for collection of Customs duty and payment of duty drawback under EDI system by State Bank of India, Main Branch, Kakinda Branch (BSR Colde : 0000850) in respect of Kakinada Custom House (Location Code :INKAKI) under the Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Vijayawada. 4.
