VIII/48-31/Cus/T/2017 Dated: 29.09.2017 Public Notice No.30/2017 Subject:- Export of commercial goods though Air Cargo Complex, Ahmadabad. Attention of the trade is invited to the Board's Notification No. 16/2017-Customs dated 03.03.2017 where by the following amendment in the courier imports exports (clearance) Regulations 1998 (hereinafter reared to as the said Regulations) have been effected. 2. In the said regulations. In regulations 6, in the sub regulation (3) for the first proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely: provided that for the goods specified In Appendix 3C of the foreign trade Policy [2015-20] and [or other commercial goods, not covered under clause (e) of the sub. regulation (2) of regulation 2, where value of the consignment is UP to rupees Iwenly-five thousand and transaction In foreign exchange is involved, such entry shall be made in Form Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V, . 3. In view of the above, any exporter holding a valid import-export code shall be permitted to export e commerce goods specified In Appendix 3C of the FTP as well as commercial goods up to a value of ₹ 25,000 per shipment through the Air Cargo Complex Ahmadabad . 4. The authorized courier shall be required to file a Courier shipping Bill (CSB-V) appended to this Public Notice. The present procedure of noting and clearance of goods travelling under CSB-I and CSB-II shall be followed for exports under CSB-V. 5.
