Issue of RCMC to exporters of natural rubber by Rubber Board F. No. 6/103/93-IPC.II Dated 27-4-1994 Government of India Central Board of Excise Customs New Delhi Subject : Issue of RCMC to exporters of natural rubber by Rubber Board. Attention is invited to this Office REP Circular No. 4/94 dated 1-3-1994 on the above subject. In this context it is clarified that while for issue of RCMC to exports of different grades of natural rubber, the Rubber Board has been designated as the Registering authority, for all other rubber products, the Chemicals Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXCIL) shall continue to be the Registering authority.
