Attention of all the importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, and other stake holders is invited to the abovementioned subject. 2. In continuation to the Public Notice No. 101/2017 dated 02.08.2017 and Standing order No. 27/2017 dated 17.08.2017, as a trade facilitation measure, it has been decided that the exporters, who have filed the shipping bills between 01.07.2017 and 26.07.2017 while claiming the higher All Industry Rates (AIRs) under Duty Drawback Scheme viz. rates and caps available under column (4) and (5) of the schedule of All Industry rates of Duty drawback before issuance of the Board Notification No. 73/2017- Cus (N.T.) dated 26.07.2017, can also avail the same facility on furnishing the Self-declaration as per Public Notice No. 101/2017 dated 02.08.2017. 3. The exporter can furnish, the duly filled Self-Declaration prescribed under Public Notice No. 101/2017 dated 02.08.2017 in respect of shipping bills filed between 01.07.2017 and 26.07.2017, to the Deputy / Assistant Commissioner (Drawback) in person or through email on email id. [email protected] and can also contact over phone no. 022-27244869 to avail this facility. 4.
