F. No. S/3-Misc-558/2014 DBK (EDI) Date:15/09/2017 Facility Notices No.18/2017-18 SUB: ROSL scroll generation and Disbursal of Rebate of State Levies (ROSL) -reg. Attention of all Exporters and Customs Brokers is invited to the above mentioned subject. 2. It has been observed that ROSL claims worth ₹ 483 Crore approx. are pending all over India for disbursal due to invalid bank account details of exporters. Directorate General (Systems) has already forwarded the list of exporters indicating port-code and IEC nos. having such invalid bank accounts and requested the System Manager/Alternate System Managers at various locations to take up the matter with exporters to correct the same so as to ensure further action for disbursal of ROSL. 3. In view of the above, the list of IEC No. of exporters having invalid bank accounts pertaining to Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai, as received from System Directorate, New Delhi is hereby enclosed as Annexure 'A' to this Facility Notice for the knowledge of the concerned IEC holders. They are requested to approach the banks concerned and get the bank accounts reactivated/validated at the earliest and update the same in the Custom EDI System. The Custom officers posted in the DBK (EDI) section will provide necessary assistance to the exporters in this regards. On updating of the data in the EDI System, the DG (Systems) will be sharing these details with Public Financial Management System (PFMS) for validation and disbursal of ROSL amount to the exporters. This will thus, immediately facilitate the disbursal of ROSL amount to the exporters without any further hindrance. 4 This office as a pro-active facilitation measure has already shared the list of IEC holders having invalid bank accounts with the Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO), Mumbai for giving wide publicity among the exporting community. Further an awareness seminar on this also is being organized by this Commissionerate on 22.09.2017. Hence, it is also requested that exporters may avail the benefit of the same. 5. Further, Exporters may contact the Asst. Commissioner/ Drawback @ (022- 26816631) and supdt / DBK EDI @ (022-26816711) for any assistance in resolving pending ROSL claims due to invalid bank accounts. 6.
