Attention is invited to a request from the Ministry of Civil Aviation for allowing clearance of mis-handled baggage in Airports other than Delhi, Madras, Calcutta Bombay. The arrangements for forwarding the mishandled baggage to such Airports would have to be made by the concerned airlines. 2. You are, therefore requested to allow the airlines to forward mis-handled baggage to other customs airports at the request of the airlines for clearance through customs there after production of proof to the customs of the bona fides of the baggage.
