Attention of all Importers/ Exporters/ Customs Brokers and the Members of the Trade is drawn to Notification No. 01/2017 - Customs (NT) dated 15.09.2017, issued under Section 8 (a) 8 (b) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) by the Commissioner of Customs, Pune. The said notifications are pertaining to approval of proper place for loading and unloading of Import / Export goods and to specify the limits of the Customs area in the ICD to be operated by M/S APM Terminals Pvt. Ltd. located in the revenue area of Village - Bhambholi, Taluka - Khed, District - Pune, Maharashtra. 2. The notification may be downloaded from the website www.punecustomse nic.in. 3.
