Sir, I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to say that it is observed that the agenda and minutes of the SEZ Authority meetings convened under Rule 10 of the SEZ Authority Rules, 2009 are not being uploaded on the respective websites of the zones on regular basis. 2. With a view to promote transparency and ease of doing business, the Competent Authority has directed all the zones to upload the agenda and minutes of the SEZ Authority meetings on their website.
