Attention of the Trade is invited to CBEC Board's Circular No. 205/3/2017- Service Tax dated 27.03.2017. 2. As per the above mentioned Circular, the Reserve Bank of India has issued instructions vide Notification RBI/ 2016-17/250 dated 16.03.2017 wherein it has been decided that all agency banks shall keep the counters of their designated branches conducting government business open up to 08.00 pm on March 30, 2017 and up to 06.00 pm on March 31, 2017. All electronic transactions would, however, continue till midnight of March 31, 2017. 3. Thus the Trade/ Assesses are hereby informed that they can make e-payment till the midnight of March 31, 2017. All the Trade Associations are requested to bring the contents of this trade notice to the attention of their member manufacturers / Service Providers in particular and trade in general.
