No. VIII/48/02/2017-CC (HZ)-GST PF-I Date: 06.09.2017 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 01/2017 General No. 01/2017 Sub: Re-organisation of existing Customs formations in Hyderabad Zone. The public is hereby informed that, in terms of the Notification No. 82/2017-Customs (NT), dated 24.08.2017 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise Customs, New Delhi the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Customs Commissionerate has been revised with effect from 15.09.2017, to extend to the whole of state of Telangana. 2. The Hyderabad Customs Commissionerate will be headed by a Principal Commissioner of Customs, and will comprise the following Customs formations: (i) Inland Container Depot, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad District. (ii) Container Freight Station, Kukatpally, Medchal District. (iii) Air Cargo Complex, Shamshabad, Rangareddy District. (iv) Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Rangareddy District. (v) Inland Container Deport, Thimmapur, Rangareddy District. (vi) BATCO-RCM, Muthangi (Patancheru), Sangareddy District. (vii) Foreign Post Office, Humayun Nagar, Hyderabad District. (viii) Export Promotion Division (Consisting of 3 Export Promotion Circles). 3. Further, as a measure of Trade Facilitation, a new Export Promotion Division (EPD) is being created in Hyderabad Customs Commissionerate which will become operational from 15th September, 2017. This Export Promotion Division (EPD) and its Export Promotion Circles (EPCs) would attend all the Customs functions which were earlier handled by the Central Excise formations. 4. The Export Promotion Division (EPD) shall be headed by a Deputy/Assistant Commissioner and shall have its office at the following address . 0/0 the Deputy [Assistant Commissioner of Customs (EPD), Inland Container Depot (ICD), New Railway Yard, Moosapet, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad - 500 018. It will have jurisdiction over the entire state of Telangana in respect of the work assigned to it. 5. The aforesaid Export Promotion Division (EPD) will have under it the following three Export Promotion Circles (EPCs) each headed by a Superintendent of Customs : Sl.
