Dated: 10.05.2013 SERVICE TAX TRADE NOTICE NO.08/2013 Subject: -Communication of Government of India Order - Service Tax- extension of time to file in form ST-3- Reg. The Ministry of Finance, Central Board of Excise Customs, New Delhi issued ORDER NO.03/2013-Service tax dated 23.04.2013 issued vide F. No. 137/99/2011- Service Tax with regard to filing of Service Tax Returns. According to the above said ORDER, the date of submission of the ST-3 Returns for the period 1st October 2012 to 31st March 2013 have been extended from 25th April 2013 to 31st August 2013. The Form ST-3 for the period from 1st October 2012 to 31st March 2013, is expected to be available on ACES around 31st of July, 2013.
