Kind attention of all exporters and members of Trade is invited to Board's Circular 43/2018 dated 08.11.2018 regarding implementation of Paperless Processing under SWIFT - uploading of supporting document on e-SANCHIT in exports wherein, a facility to upload digitally signed documents on eSANCHIT in exports was introduced on voluntary basis at all EDI locations across the country. 2. Attention is also invited to Board's Notification NO.33/2019-Customs (N.T.) dated 25.04.2019 which has superseded Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration) Regulation, 2011. It is now mandatory to upload digitally signed supporting documents on ESANCHIT at the time of filing of shipping bills. The exports/ Customs Brokers should not be allowed to submit the supporting documents in hard copies, henceforth. 3.
