Attention of Importers, Exporters, Custodians, Customs Brokers and other Stake Holders is invited to Board s Circular 43/2018 dated 08.11.2018 regarding implementation of Paperless Processing under SWIFT uploading of supporting document on eSANCHIT in exports, wherein, a facility to upload digitally signed documents on eSANCHIT in exports was introduced on voluntary basis on all EDI locations across the country. 2. Attention is also invited to Board s Notification No. 33/2019 Customs (N.T.) dated 25.04.2019 which has superseded Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration) Regulation, 2011. It is now mandatory to upload digitally signed supporting documents on eSANCHIT at the time of shipping bills. The exporter/ Customs brokers are directed not to submit the supporting documents in hard copies, henceforth. 3.
