Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 37/2015-20 New Delhi, Dated 27th September, 2019 Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure. 2015-20 , notifies as under:- The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A ANF) of Foreign Trade Polity (2015-20) whose validity /extended validity is up to 30.12.2019 is extended up to 31.12.2019. Effect of this Public Notice : Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A ANF, whose validity expires between 30.9.2019 and 30.12.2019 is extended up to 31.12.2019.
