Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Custom Brokers and other members of the Trade is invited to late filing of Bill of Entry due to non- functioning of E-Sanchit Module on 21st May, 2018. 2. Due to non-functioning of E-Sanchit Module on 21st May, 2018, the late filing charges was levied on the cases wherein the material/ goods has landed on 19.05.2018 and 20.05.2018(being Sunday) and Bill of Entry filed on 21.05.2018 22.05.2018. 3. As a measure of trade facilitation, it has been decided that for the consignments where IGM was filed on 19.05.2018 and 20.05.2018 (being Sunday) and Bill of Entry were filed on 21.05.2018 a, 22.05.2018, there will be no charge on late presentation of Bill of Entry. 4. The Public Notice No. 17/2018 dated 22.05.2018 issued earlier is hereby withdrawn with immediate effect. 4.
