Attention of all the exporters, Customs Brokers, other stakeholders and member of the trade is invited to the fact that a large number of ROSL claims are pending because the exporter's bank account details are not validated by the PFMS. In this regard, it is informed that Bank Account validation by PFMS is mandatory for disbursal of ROSL claims. Unless the exporters account is PFMS accepted the shipping bills shall not be available for the final ROSL scroll. Therefore all the exporters whose bank accounts details are not validated by PFMS, are hereby requested to correct their account details and get it validated / accepted by PFMS so that ROSL claims can be successfully disbursed to their accounts. 2. In this regard the list of IEC's operating at this port (who have claimed ROSL) whose account details are not validated by PFMS is attached as Annexure-'A'.
