Attention of all the Importers, Customs Broker, other stakeholders and members of the trade is invited to Public Notice No. 06/2018 dated issued by the Commissioner of Customs (Export), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, wherein the facility to upload digitally supporting documents concerning Bills of Entry pertaining to Group-7, ICD-Export, Tughlakabad, New Delhi had been made mandatory w.e.f. 15.03.2018. 2. It has now been decided to postpone this facility for Bills of Entry pertaining to Group-7, ICD-Export, Tughlakabad, New Delhi on mandatory basis upto in respect of Group-7. 3. No further extension will be allowed after the cutoff date i.e. 01.04.2018. It is, therefore, all Importer/ Customs Broker are informed that no physical document will be accepted from 01.04.2018 and the system would simply disallow the filing of a Bill of Entry unless it is filed with the IRN Nos. evidencing that supporting documents have been first uploaded using e-SANCHIT. 4. This Commissionerate has already issued the procedure to upload the supporting documents vide Public Notice No. 24/2017 dated 26.12.2017. 5. Difficulties, if any, in implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. 6. All the Associations/ Chamber of Commerce, Members of Regional Advisory Committee and Customs Brokers are requested to publicise the contents of this public notice amongst their members/ Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
