Kind attention of the Exporters /Customs House Agents/Customs Brokers/ Members of Trade is invited to facilitation in respect of clearance of export consignments. 2. In this regard, it is mentioned that the final print-out of Shipping Bill, which is generated through Customs EDI System after Let-Export Order(LEO) given is a system generated document) bears the name and SSO-ID of the officer who has given LEO. Therefore, it does not require any signature and stamp of the officer giving Let Export Order (LEO). 3. In view of above, it has been decided that henceforth, the signature and stamp of the officer giving Let Export Order (LEO) will not be required to be given on the final print-out of the Shipping Bill. 4. All the trade association/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional advisory Committees and Customs House Agents Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents. 5. Difficulties, if any, in this regard may be brought to the notice of the department. 6. This issues with the approval of Commissioner of Customs, ICD, TKD Export.
