PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 36/2009 Subject: Addendum to Public Notice 36/2009 dated 27.03.2009 whereby Risk Management System (RMS) was introduced for remaining Export Promotion Schemes reg. Attention of Importers/ CHA is drawn to the Public Notice 36/2009 dated 27.03.2009 and the subsequent amendments/ addendums to the Public Notice 36/2009 dated 01.04.2009. 2. The following nine schemes are hereby added after the Sr. No.(xv) of the first (introductory) of the Public Notice 36/2009 dated 27.03.2009. (xvi) Special Imprest Licence. (xvii) Materials imported for use in the goods to be supplied to UNO, UN-aided programme, projects aided by multilateral/ bilateral agencies/ funds, FPZ, EOU, FTZ and fertilizer plans. (xviii) Advance Customs clearance Permit (xix) Replenishment Licence (Gem Jewellery) (xx) Exemption to cut and polished diamonds and Gemstones imported by holders of Diamond Imprest Licence or Gem Replenishment licences respectively (xxi) Hi-tech Product Export Promotion Scheme (xxii) Agri-Infrastructure incentive scrip (xxiii) Status Holders Incentive Scheme (xxiv) Zero duty Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme 3. The procedure set out in the said Public Notice 36/2009 dated 27.03.2009 for the clearance of goods shall, mutatis mutandis, also apply for the clearance of goods under aforesaid schemes.
