No. S/3-PSOGen)-01/2020-21 Acc/M-III Date: 29.04.2020 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 77 2020 Sub : Maintaining or Social Distancing in an the Sections Of Air Cargo Complex - reg Attention of all the Exporters. Customs Brokers(CBs), Members of Trade and all the concerned is 'mated to the prevailing health emergency in form COVID- 19 pandemic. In this regard. DOPT, Of Health. Ministry Of Home Attars have issued various guidelines/instructions regarding maintain Social Distancing at Government Offices. However. on visit of various Sections by Commissioner(G) and Joint Commissioner. t has been noticed that Customs Brokers (CBs) are not adhering to the guidelines w.r.t maintenance of Social Distancing especially in Appraising Hall and Corridor Therefore. to enforce the norms of Social Distancing strictly following Instructions are issued: (i) CBs are directed to submit their documents at the table placed at the entrance of the Appraising Hall and no CB shall enter 'n the appraising Hall. Documents shall be carried to the respective Appraising Officer/ AC/DC and returned to the CB at the same table by a person authorized to do so by the authority (ii) ACIDC Appraising Groups shall check the compliance on hourly basis. (iii) CBs are also requested to maintain the Social Distancing while moving in corridor/ sitting in waiting hall or at every place.
