ORDER By the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad Dated 3 rd February, 2020 No. GSL/GST/R.86A/B.24 Authorization of an officer under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. In exercise of the power conferred upon me by rule 86A of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, I do hereby authorize the following officers to perform functions assigned under rule mentioned in the column (2) and described in the corresponding entry at column (3) of the said table, subject to the condition that the functions hereby assigned shall be performed only within their jurisdiction unless specific jurisdiction is mentioned there against.
