Comp/P.N./1CD-SNP/13/2020 Date:- 01-07-2020 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. -39/2020 Sub: Notification of Various Sea-Ports, Airports, Inland Container Depot [ICDs] and Land Customs Stations [LCSs] for imports and exports under the export promotion schemes Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs brokers, Shipping Lines/Agents and members of Trade and Industries is invited to Public Notice No. 07/2019 dated 05.03.2019 issued by Commissioner of Customs, ICD PPG other ICDs and the below mentioned Customs Notifications relating to the import/export of goods under various Export Promotion Schemes:- i. Notification No. 16/2015-Customs dated 01.042015 - related to Export Promotion Capital Goods [EPCG] Scheme. ii. Notification No. 18/2015-Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Advance Authorization Scheme. iii. Notification No. 19/2015-Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to Dub/ Free Import Authorization Scheme. iv. Notification No. 24/2015-Customs dated 08-04.2015 - related to Merchandise Exports from India Scheme. v. Notification No. 17/2015-Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to post Export EPCG Scheme. vi. Notification No. 20/2015-Customs dated 01.04.2015 related to Advance Authorization Scheme for annual requirements. vii. Notification No. 21/2015-Customs dated 01.04.2015 - related to related to Advance Authorization Scheme for deemed export. Viii. Notification No. 25/2015-Customs dated 08.04.2015 - related to Service Exports from India Scheme Duty Credit Scrips. 2. Various Sea-Ports, Airports, Inland Container Depot [ICDs] and Land Customs Stations [LCSs] have been notified for imports and exports under the aforesaid export promotion schemes, in the above referred notifications. Further, as per provisos in these Notifications, the Commissioner of Customs have been empowered to permit imports and exports through any other Sea-Ports, Airports, Inland Container Depot [ICDs] and Land Customs Stations [LCSs] by issuing a special order or a Public Notice in this regard, subject to such conditions as may be specified. 3. The aforesaid notifications do not include Inland Container Depot [ICD], Panch Gujran, Tehsil Gannaur, Distt- Sonepat [INBDM6] falling within the jurisdiction of Customs Commissionerate, ICD Patparganj other ICDs, Delhi-96. Accordingly, in view of the requests received from the custodian and with a view to provide trade facilitation measures, it has been decided to permit import/export of all permissible goods from ICD Sonepat [INBDM6] under above referred notifications. 4. Imports and Exports under this Public Notice shall be allowed only after fulfillment of conditions specified in the notifications mentioned at Para I above and any other conditions specified in the Handbook of Procedure/Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 and various departmental instructions issued time to time. 5. All the trade Associations/ Chamber of Commerce, Members of Regional Advisory Committee and Custom Brokers are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/ Constituents for their information and necessary action. 6.
