Instructions issued by Board - Implementation of Circular No. 11/90-CX.8 Dated 21-2-1990 [From F. It has been brought to the notice of the Board that despite clear cut clarifications given on certain matters by the Board in the form of minutes to the Modvat meeting, the same are not being implemented by the field formations. This has caused problems to the Trade. Board has therefore directed that clarifications given in the minutes of various modvat meetings, wherein no further action is stated to be taken by the Board, should be implemented immediately by the field formations. Further, Trade Notices issued by the various Collectorates on the basis of the instructions issued by the Board should invariably indicate the Board F. No. date, so that there could be uniformity of approach in all Collectorates in similar matters.
