The GST Council in its 47th meeting at Chandigarh, in consideration of proposal for comprehensive changes in FORM GSTR-3B, has recommended that the said proposal may be placed in public domain for seeking inputs or suggestions of the stakeholders. As per recommendations of the Council, the draft FORM GSTR-3B document s attached herewith and also placed on the department s website in the section GST Trade Circulars for public consultation so that members of the trade and/or stakeholders may furnish their views/comments/suggestions on the same latest by 15th September 2022 on email Id [email protected] so as to facilitate finalisation of the matter.
