F. No. 18/79/AM-21/P-5. -In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in para 5.15 of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) with immediate effect The line Time limit to file returns for the year 2022-23 is extended till 30.09.2022 is substituted with Time limit to file returns for the year 2022-23 is extended till 31.12.2022 . Effect of this Public Notice: The last date for filing of annual returns under Para 5.15 of HBP 2015-20 has been extended till 31.12.2022.
