Sattva CFS Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Vichoor Village, Chennai 600103 as Customs Area for handling of LCL Import Cargo reg. Attention of Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters and their representatives (Custom House Agents) is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No.164/2007 dated 13.11.2007 declaring the premises of M/s. Sattva CFS Logistics Pvt. Ltd. at Survey No. 125/1, Amman Kulam, Vichoor Village, Chennai - 600103 as Customs Area under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 and Public Notice No.165/2007 dated 13.11.2007 appointing M/s. Sattva CFS Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as Custodian under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 for handling of both import and export cargo. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 and in partial modification of Public Notice No. 164/2007 dated 13.11.2007, I, K.S.V.V. Prasad, Commissioner of Customs, Chennai IV, hereby declare the Warehouse No. II measuring an area of 14,800 Sq. Ft. located in the premises of M/s. Sattva CFS Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Vichoor Village, Chennai - 600103 as Customs Area for handling of LCL Import cargo. The Google location of the Warehouse No. IT with its GPS co-ordinates is enclosed to this Public Notice. The procedures for dealing with LCL Import cargo are to be followed as laid down in the Public Notice No. 134/2016 dated 27.05.2016. This Public Notice shall come into effect from 02.05.2023.
