No. 1 and detailed in Column (3) against said entry in the Table appended to the Commissionerate Facility No. 08/2010 dated 01.12.2010 is hereby modified and is now specified as given below: TABLE Sl. No. Land Customs Station Areas 1 Dawki (a) 500 metres of NH-40 towards west from International Border Pillar No.1275 and 510.32 metres of the new Dawki Muktapur road from NH-40 adjoining the North and West boundary wall of the Integrated Check Post (ICP), Dawki. (b) An area measuring 21.90 acres of the Integrated Check Post (ICP), Dawki having Cargo Building, Passenger Terminal, Warehouse Building, Substation, etc. bounded as below: North - Boundary wall of ICP along the Dawki- Muktapur Road. South - Boundary of ICP facing the International Border. East - Boundary of ICP. West - Boundary wall of ICP along the Dawki- Muktapur Road. Consequent to the above, the Facility No. 08/2010 dated 01.12.2010 stands modified to the extent mentioned above. [Bandhana Deori] Principal Commissioner
