Considering the erratic functioning of ICEGATE , the trade has been facing difficulties in filing bills of entry. I n view of the above, hereby it is decided to waive Late Fee for the Bills of Entry filed for the cargo arrived at Chennai Air Cargo / Airport from 03.02.2024 to 04.02.2024 in terms of Section 46(2) of the Customs Act, 1962 under Bill of Entry (Electronic Integrated Declaration and Paperless Processing) Regulations, 2018. 3. This Public Notice shall be considered as a Standing Order for the purpose of Officers and staff of the Department. 4. Difficulty faced, if any, may be brought to the notice of Additional Commissioner of Customs (Appraising Main), Chennai-VII for necessary action. ( M.
