Attention of all the Importers, Exporters, General Trade, Other stakeholders, and Officers of Nhava Sheva is invited to Directorate General of Systems and Data Management Advisory No: 08/2025 dated 31.01.2025. 2. For trade facilitation, necessary changes have been made in the System for importers to request for provisional assessment at the time of filing bill of entry, so that there is no requirement to recall RMS facilitated bill of entry. 3. A new field Prov has been provided in the system to request for provisional assessment of bill of entry. The importers/CHA while filing bill of entry has to mark this field as Y to request for provisional assessment of bill of entry at the time of filing through service center. The same facility will be available on ICEGATE website in due course. Copy of screenshots of the above flag is attached as Annexure to this Public Notice. 4.
