Attention is invited to Ministry's Circular letter No. 19/MMF/87-CX.1, dated 3-12-1987 from F. No. 54/4/87-CX.1 , wherein classification of waste arising in the course of reeling/coning of artificial filament yarn, which occurs after the manufacture of artificial filaments has been discussed. 2. The matter was further examined and revised instructions issued in Ministry's letter F. No. 257/31/87-TRU, dated the 27th January, 1988. 3. In view of the position stated above, latest instructions would prevail in this regard.
