The matter has been examined in consultation with the Chief Chemist, CRCL, New Delhi. The subject issue was also the matter of discussion in the recently held West Zone Tariff Conference held at Porbander. The opinion of the Chief Chemist is enclosed. The Board agrees with the views of the Chief Chemist. You are requested to take necessary action in the light of the Chief Chemist opinion.
