The undersigned is directed to invite a reference to Ministry's letter of even No. dated 13.4.1987 whereby a revised procedure in respect of Countervailing Duty paid on imported goods through Bombay Customs House was prescribed. 2. Keeping in view the difficulties faced by Trade and Industry at other Customs Houses, it has been decided to allow the revised procedure at all the Customs houses.
