Maintenance of supplementary records for tyres at moulding stage F. A point raised in the 29th Advisory Council Meeting by the Automotive Tyre Manufacturers' Association regarding dispensing with the maintenance of supplementary records for tyres at moulding stage. It was however decided in the meeting that where the private records maintained by the tyre manufacturers at moulding stage serve the purpose, the same would be accepted as supplementary records. On a fresh representation from the ATMA that matter has been re-examined by the Board. It has been decided that if the private records maintained by a tyre manufacturer for tyre at moulding stage contain all the requisite information as required to be maintained (vide Board's letter F. No. 261/16/1/79-CX.8, dated 23-7-1983) in the prescribed supplementary records, the same may be accepted as supplementary records.
