Notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Volume I) TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART-I, SECTION-1) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY PUBLIC NOTICE No 1/2009-14 NEW DELHI , DATED THE 27th August, 2009 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Volume I) as contained in Annexure to this Public Notice and the Appendices to the Handbook of Procedures (Volume I).
