Corrections / amendments in HBPv1 (including Appendices and ANFs) TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART-I, SECTION-1) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE PUBLIC NOTICE No. 04/2009-14 NEW DELHI : the 31st August, 2009 In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections / amendments in HBPv1 (including Appendices and ANFs): 1. The description for VKGUY Entry No. 7 of Table 1B of Appendix 37A is corrected to read as: "FLOURS MEALS OF OIL SEEDS OR OLEAGINOUS FRUITS OTHER THAN THOSE OF MUSTARD / SOYA BEAN."
