CEGAT - Transfer of matters from NB(D) Bench to 'A' and 'C' Benches due to heavy load CEGAT Public Notice No. 3/2001 Dated 13-9-2001 From the statistics it is seen that cases falling within the jurisdiction of NB(D) Bench are heavy compared to "A" and "C" Benches. Even the appeals of 1981 are pending in NB(D) Bench. To have early disposal of matters pending in NB(D) Bench, it is ordered that appeals and matters from 1981 to 2000 falling within the jurisdiction of NB(D) Bench will be posted for final disposal before Bench "C" from 1st October, 2001. Likewise, first 300 matters of 2001 falling within the jurisdiction of Bench NB(D) will be posted before Bench "A" chronologically from 1st October, 2001.
