Disposal of unclaimed/uncleared cargo - Bidders to be provided 4 days for inspection and 3 days for tender preparation Public Notice No. 49/2009 Dated 31-7-2009 In partial modification of Public Notice No. 31/2009 dated 19-5-2009 [2009 (238) E.L.T. T21] it is brought to the notice of the public that custodians shall provide at least 4 (four) working days before tender cum-e-auction for inspection of the goods by the interested bidders. They shall provide 3 (three) working days for preparation of tender/bank documents. 1. The custodians shall also publish the complete list of the unclaimed/uncleared goods before auction. 2. The custodians while submitting bids for approval to the department shall certify that 4 (four) working days have been given to the bidders for inspection of the cargo before auction and further three days have been given for preparation of tender/bank documents.
