Fixation of DEPB rate for Agricultural Tractor condition and revision of Value cap of Polyester Staple Fibre TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART-I, SECTION-I GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 14/2009-2014 NEW DELHI , DATED THE 13th October, 2009 . In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following additions/amendments in the Schedule of DEPB Rates (as amended from time to time) with immediate effect: 1.
