Utility in ITD application to provide/view OLTAS data-reg OLTAS INSTRUCTION NO. 36, Dated: 29.07.09 Based on feedback from the field the Directorate has provided a facility in OLTAS module to provide access to OLTAS data to the Director General of Income tax(INV) / (Intelligence). The data of their own jurisdiction will be available to them. They can access data of multiple RCCs also, if it falls under their jurisdiction. 2. For this purpose a separate user( other than the normal user) has been created for each DGIT(INV) and the DGIT (Intelligence) which will be used to login in the system. Following steps are required to be followed to use the new utility : Open (click on) the Internet explorer icon. In the address bar type the following URL https://itdbcp.incometax.net/ forms /frmservlet?config=RCCMGR and press go button. A login screen will appear. Enter the userid/password in the screen. The userid/password will be intimated shortly through a separate communication. After first login, the user must change the password and enter a self chosen password. The same user/password will be used to access OLTAS as well as ITS data. Goto TAS menu and choose OLTAS 31 . A new query screen will appear. Screen shot is enclosed. Enter the query criteria ,CIN, PAN/TAN, Range of date, Range of Amount etc. and run the query. Data extracted will appear in the scrollable lower block of the screen. Up and Down arrow can be used to go to the next record. In order to save the extracted data in an excel file click the button labeled as save data to excel . It may be noted that the above button gets enabled only after the execution of the query. 3. Resetting password : A lost or forgotten password can be reset by intimating in writing about it to the DIT(S)II, O/o DGIT(S), ARA Centre, Jhandewalan Extn, New Delhi - 110055. The letter must be signed by DGIT(INV) / DGIT (Intelligence) himself. A system generated fresh password will be created and intimated accordingly by the Directorate. 4.
