INSTRUCTION NO. 1210/CBDT Dated : October 7, 1978 In Board's letter No.370/76/74-IT(B) dated 15-3-78 the revised proforma of the statement known as the monthly additional information statement of net collection for the submission of information about revenue collection head wise and charge wise was prescribed. 2. Recently certain changes have been made in the minor and sub heads of account of receipts of direct taxes in consultation with the Department of Economic Affairs Controller general of Accounts (C AG) of India. The revised minor/sub heads of accounts have been communicated to you vide Board's Instruction No.1203 dated 14-9-78. As a result of the changes, many of the existing minor/sub heads of accounts have become obsolete and have been abolished. Consequently the monthly Additional Information statement of net collections of Income-tax Corporation-tax and Interest-tax has been modified and a revised proforma of the same is printed below. 3. The revised proforma of the statement may pleas be brought into use for reporting collections from the month of October, 1978 onwards.
