Central Government specifies the "14%---Secured Non-convertible Bonds" issued by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited, Neyveli, Tamil Nadu u/s 193(iib) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2612 DATED 16-7-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iib) of the proviso to section 193 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the "14%---Secured Non-convertible Bonds" issued by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited, Neyveli, Tamil Nadu, for the purposes of the said clause.
