Notifies "Sri Venkateswaraswamy Devasthanam, Dwarka (A.P.)" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1759 DATED 26-4-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( v ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Sri Venkateswaraswamy Devasthanam, Dwarka (A.P.)" for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1985-86 to 1988-89.
