Notifies "Indian Association of Parliamentarians on Population Development" u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1981 DATED 26-4-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( iv ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies "Indian Association of Parliamentarians on Population Development" for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1982-83, 1983-84, 1987-88 and 1988-89.
